Carry All Bags
Posted on March 25th, 2010 @ 1:02 pm

I must admit, I have been soooo into purses over the last few years. I had my fair share of some not-so cheap bags but I still set my limit. I don’t buy anything more than $300. I think the most expensive purse I have is worth $380+ but I only get to buy it because my mom paid half of it as a birthday present for me a couple of years ago.

I don’t know what happened but along the way, I started feeling guilty every time I try to buy or even think of purchasing a new handbag. I’ve had my eye on the Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Speedy 30 for quite a while now but I still couldn’t bring myself to buying it. Unang una, it’s wayyyy off my limit tapos wala naman akong masyadong paggagamitan. I mean, when I go out, I hardly bring my purse. Hassle kase. Then when I travel, I prefer ung talagang malaking bag para madaming mailalaman. Kakahiya naman kung dadalhin ko sa trabaho. E nakatago lang din naman sa cabinet ko. So, what’s the use right? Kaya di ko pa makumbinsi ang sarili ko e.

This is what I bring to work everyday. It’s a MARC by Marc Jacobs “Pretty Nylon” tote. I think this is bag that I’ve used for the longest time. It’s very easy to carry kase.

Mine is in white. Actually, its off-white now. Nakailang laba na din sya kase nga white, e di madumihin. It’s still in a pretty good condition but I kinda want a new one. Noooo, not the LV (yet!) but I think I’ll settle for another easy to carry handbag.

I ♥ totes. Aside from they’re really handy, most of them are big enough to put everything I need. And they have the right shoulder strap length that fits my arm. Most totes have zippers but I prefer the open ones. The one I’m using has a hidden magnetic closure. Ok sya kase madaling maglagay ng gamit.

Anyway, here’s what I have in mind. I’m still contemplating on which one though and if I really want to buy it. Hehehe! Mejo mahal pa kase (for my standard).

Pinakamura na ung Juicy for $88 but I kinda like ung Kate Spade. (Click on the pictures to enlarge). Basta, bahala na. We’ll see if I end up actually buying a new one. Halaaaa!

My little Picasso in the making

… actually, Gabie’s all grown up now! But hey, she’s been really good at her drawings and pictures. Kaya naman, her teacher gave her a recognition for the great talent. One of her paintings are now being showcase at the Z. J. Loussac Library here in town.

How cool is that right?! Anyway, I’ll let the pictures do the talking this time.. Enjoy!

I’m proud of you Ate Gabie! Keep up the good work…

BTW, the last picture was just an extra that I had in my desktop. I couldn’t leave the gallery uneven so I had to put something totally unrelated. Haha!
